Tri State came out to my home and made some much necessary repairs to my chimney . I knew I needed it to be done before I replaced my roof . The chimney looks great and obvious changes to lead flashing and repair of chimney top . I would recommend Tri State and was satisfied with the work they did.

Working with Mike and his team at TriState was a great experience. They do beautiful work. I didn’t realize how bad our (leaky) chimney looked until they built our new one! It is the centerpiece of the house and I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of chimney/fireplace service!

The service and expertise is wonderful. We initially contracted these folks to fix the top of our chimney on a house that we purchased. We now have a couple of pellet stoves installed by tri-state very pleased with the service in the cleanliness of the work performed. Highly recommended. They tend to be in popular demand and have a waitlist , There’s a reason people are willing to wait.

I had an emergency situation where I needed my chimney to be cleaned prior to a new furnace being installed. Mike answered my phone call right away and was able to stop by to clean the chimney not only on the same day but within a couple hours of my call. His responsiveness was great and I’m so grateful I was not only able to get the chimney cleaned but a new liner installed all within a couple of days. Super professional and reliable. Definitely recommend!

I was so impressed by the quickness to my call, personal service owner Mike and Brian gave me from start to finish- on repairing, installing and correcting my extensive Chimney issues – communication was ongoing, professional and most important honest in pricing and work that needed to be done. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us – the insert wood burning stove looks and performs amazing in our home. Will only use Tri-State for ALL of my needs going forward. They came to do a general inspection and cleaning. They arrived on time, and were friendly, helpful and informative. We appreciated too their offer wear masks while in our house if that was our preference. We would definately use them again.

I have been using Tri-State for years to clean my chimney, this year it was time to replace my stove and I couldn’t be happier with the service, the quality and the installation. They ensured I was completely up to code and worked to ensure the stove looked perfect. Great craftsmanship in the install and certainly take pride in the final product. Had my pellet stove replaced by Tri State, and the work done was excellent. The quality of the stove is great of course, and the service was above and beyond. The techs did a great job making sure everything was up to code and explaining all of the intricacies about the stove. I would absolutely recommend going through them for any fireplace/stove needs, as I would (and will) again.

TriState exceeded our expectations. We needed a full rebuild of our Chimney, Fireplace, and Foundation. Mike, Brian, and Buddy from TriState were here everyday on time and frequently stayed late to get the job done timely. TriState was not only timely and professional but was also neat and organized. As someone who recently had a lot of work done on the exterior of our home (New Windows and Roof) we’ve learned that most construction teams are messy, and have little regard for the workspace while on the job. This is not that case with TriState. Extension cords were coiled up, debris cleaned up, pallets of equipment were well placed and covered each night. I will use TriState for the rest of my time in NE for any Chimney/Fireplace cleanings or repairs. I also will be highly recommending TriState to all of my family and friends. During the rebuild Mike was kind enough to explain everything his was doing and why. He stated “I build and repair fireplaces in this way because over my many years of servicing/building them, I see where and how they can fail.” Every move TriState made was with safety in mind, and that’s what differentiates them from their competitors. Thank you again Mike, Brian and Buddy for everything you did!

Shared working knowledge of the masonry and related trades as the scheduler, owner, and site technician were supportive throughout the process. Completed the work thoroughly and neatly. Resolved the moisture problem with venting a high efficiency boiler through an exterior chimney.

Great service. Annual chimney cleaning was done from inside the house going up through the woodstove. They arrived early, did the work quickly and absolutely no mess.
